Below you will find answers for commonly asked questions by our customers.

"When should I arrive for my appointment?"

We would kindly appreciate our clients arrive a couple of minutes before or right on the appointment time as we will need some time to gain an understanding to your dogs needs. Being late to your appointment will put us behind on the day, so please communicate with us on the day if you are running late.

"When do I pick my dog up?"

When you arrive to your appointment we will give you an estimate time we may be ready and will give you a call 20 minutes before your dog is ready. We suggest to not turn up if you havent received a call as we may have your dog on the table and wont be able to complete the service due to over excitement or stress when your dog sees you.

"What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?"

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask kindly that you give us more than 24 hours notice so we can schedule other appointments in, without any notice it is a loss of income for us and a cancellation fee will be added to your next booking.

"How do I book an appointment?"

To book an appointment you can call or text us on 0466 016 662 or pop into the salon during business hours and we can help book you in. We recommend booking a week in advance so we can offer a day that suits you best.

"What breeds do you groom?"

We groom every breed of dog! At Woof we welcome every breed of dog, from a chihuahua to a german shepherd. No dog is too big or too small.

"What payment methods do you offer?"

We accept cash and offer credit card facility. We do accept American Express.
